Founded in 2016 in Marco Island, we grew up supporting businesses across Southwest Florida — Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and the surrounding communities. From Local Roots to Nationwide Leadership

Safebox Technology started in Marco Island as a local IT provider supporting small businesses across Southwest Florida. As our client base grew across Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and beyond, so did the complexity of the environments we were asked to manage and the expectations that came with them.

What began as traditional IT support evolved into something more deliberate. Managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, workflow automation, strategic IT leadership, and vendor consolidation all delivered through a single accountable operating model we call Safebox 360.

That evolution was driven by a simple observation: growing companies do not just need technical support. They need a partner who thinks like an executive, owns outcomes, and treats technology as a business function. Not a cost center to be managed reactively.

Today, Safebox serves construction, medical, and professional services organizations across Florida and the United States with 20 to 500 employees that have outgrown basic IT support and need a partner capable of running the full technology environment with discipline, visibility, and accountability.

Founded in Marco Island
