Job Description

We are Safebox Technologies, a growing South Florida Managed IT Services provider located in Marco Island, Florida. We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our sales team and drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and technology and be able to effectively communicate the value of our MSP services to potential clients.

The primary prospecting activity is actively calling prospects over the phone. Sending direct emails and LinkedIn outreaches are secondary prospecting activities that support the primary prospecting activity. You can develop your own areas of market focus and lead generation mix but cold calling is essential. There is a strong requirement for obtaining the most complete data possible for the prospect (such as current contract end dates, contact information for decision makers, pain points with incumbent providers, etc.). 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Lead Generation: Drive new business through proactive outbound activities such as cold calling, strategic emailing, and leveraging social media (linkedin) 
  • Sales Development: Qualify prospects, identify decision makers, set up key meetings, and work closely with the CEO to seal deals. 
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated on MSP market trends to enhance discussions and offerings. 
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the CEO and management to align on sales targets and innovate lead generation tactics. 
  • Networking: Engage in industry events and webinars to broaden your network and enhance Safebox’s market presence. 
  • CRM Management: Effectively manage and enrich prospect information within our CRM to streamline follow-ups and marketing efforts. All activities should be tracked in our CRM 
  • Contribute to the perpetual enhancement of sales documentation frameworks and standard operating procedures 
Key Performance Indicators: 
  • Make a minimum of 80 calls daily to potential clients. 
  • Secure at least 3 qualified appointments per week. 
  • Close at least two MSP deals a month 
  • Build and maintain a warm 1,000 prospects database over time. 
  • Stay focused on lead generation and sales process, selling our solution. 
  • Provide reporting of progress against daily, weekly, quarterly goals 
Required Skills
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to articulate product value to prospects. 
  • Prospecting: Ability to research and identify potential prospects and engage with them through cold calling, emailing, and social selling. 
  • Relationship building: Capability to build strong relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and drive their interest in the product. 
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to change, be resilient and persistent in the face of rejection and maintain a positive attitude. 
  • Time management: Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of daily tasks, including outreach, follow-ups, and record keeping. 
  • Team player: Collaborative approach to work and ability to contribute to a positive and productive team environment. 
  • Technical: Familiarity with sales enablement and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage sales pipeline and track performance. 
  • Analytical: Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize sales processes and increase efficiency. 
Qualifications: 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the MSP industry. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic marketing automation tools. Preferably ZohoCRM 
  • Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
